Work with Us
Student Program Coordinators (SPC)
Student Program Coordinators (SPC) are student leaders who are committed, invested, and active members of the community. Our student coordinators draw upon cultural strengths and assets to organize impactful cultural, academic, and professional workshops, as well as culturally affirming events that foster a sense of belonging, support student retention, and enhance the campus climate. Through their roles, student program coordinators build foundational knowledge of social justice and apply theory to practice to help address systemic barriers to equity and inclusion in higher education. Interns in our program gain valuable experiences that enhance their career readiness and professional development, while also acquiring critical thinking skills and tools to analyze and engage with societal issues.
