    ChALE- Chicanos and Latinos Educandose

  • Chicanos and Latinos Educandose (ChALE) is a program committed to increasing the retention and graduation rate for all raza here at UCSC. ChALE can offer social support through its various events and academic support through study hours and free tutoring.

  • CAU is a student-run organization whose purpose is to educate the UCSC community and people about Central America and its cultures, traditions, and issues through our events.

  • Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority, Inc.

  • The purpose of Lambda Theta Alpha shall be to provide a sisterhood based on unity, love, and respect, to provide social and cultural activities and to carry on charitable and educational programs.

  • Legal Education Association for Diversity (LEAD)

  • LEAD is a pre-law org dedicated to assisting underrepresented students and aiding them during their path to law school. Ultimately, the members of LEAD wish to see a more diverse legal profession.

  • MESH connects students who idenitify as mixed (race, ethnicities, heritage, etc), celebrates diversity and educates through dialogue.

  • SACNAS - Society for Advancement of Chicanos and Native Americans in Science

  • To provide a forum for students from different science and engineering majors or related majors for academic community and social activities at UCSC. SACNAS focuses on helping advance Chicanos Latinos and Native Americans in STEM leadership positions through networking opportunities, professional development workshops, field trips, outreach opportunities, and conference travel.
